My experience was ok until I asked for her to do nail art on my 9 year old daughters fingers. She begin acting like she didn't want to do it. She said something about her fingers were too small. Her customer service was unacceptable and I will no longer spend my money there. She seemed like she had an attitude while doing my nails. I work in customer service so I know how a customer should be treated. She need to take some customer service classes. Her 16 year old son had better customer service.

I give this nail salon 5 stars for one reason.

T. There is a nail tech here named T. Before I switched to her, another worker named Tammy did my nails. Do not let Tammy do your nails.

From experience I have seen Tammy being rude to a customer once. Also, she did my nails once and she did a terrible job. Not only were my nails uneven, but she left bubbles in my acrylic and it showed through the nail polish, when I sat under the dryer for at least 15+ minutes I messed up one nail, my nail tech Tammy didn't help me, but T did.

If you go here get T. She is very nice, the prices are always on point and she does her job well. If you're very specific as to how you want your nails done, you can count on T to do it perfectly.
